Kornelis A. Lammerts – Founder Qube Credit
- Kornelis’ has extensive experience in securitization & principal finance, corporate finance, and asset management, particularly at Bank Mees & Hope, Mees Pierson, ING and ABN AMRO. He has held leadership roles in securitization and principal finance, managing significant asset-backed programs and pioneering innovative finance solutions.
- He co-headed the Real Estate Structured Finance Platform of ABN AMRO Group, a joint-venture between ABN AMRO Bank and Bouwfonds. He has been globally responsible for (i) principal finance transactions, and (ii) ABN AMRO own asset securitisation programs, including the EUR 24 billion Amstel Program as well as EUR 15 billion Collateral Programs based on home mortgages. The principal finance transactions include the EUR 2.8 billion mortgage portfolio acquisition, whereby part of the operations have been taken over for which a company has been established. Kornelis has been chairman of the supervisory board of that company.
- Kornelis currently serves as the Founder & Chairman of Cradle Capital and Qube group, with ongoing roles in their supervisory boards, see also www.qubefinancing.com.
- His background includes a combination of engineering degree, AIF treasury management, and executive education at institutions like INSEAD and MIT Sloan (AI Executive Program), emphasizing his expertise in strategic finance and asset management.
Robin Bodaan - Partner
- Robin Bodaan has a broad experience in the credit & collection industry. As an entrepreneur he was involved with two companies, EDR Credit Services and software company NetEconomy, that were successfully sold to renowned industry players. As director of EDR Credit Services Robin purchased and co-invested in consumer unsecured loans but also serviced debt for third party clients. During it’s active role at EDR Credit Services he specialized the company into a second placement collection agency that was able to service multiple clients that wanted to outsource their overdue (aged) debt.
- After the sale of the two companies, he was a debt intermediary for several investment funds that were actively seeking performing and non-performing loans. Robin successfully closed debt portfolio transactions and initiated several business development opportunities for a wide range of international clients in the in the credit & collection industry. Over the years he has built up an extensive international network with sellers, creditors, and debt collection agencies in multiple jurisdictions.
- Robin is currently engaged with a number of companies in the credit &collection space where he performs several rolls such as director and advisor. In daily business mainly involved in sourcing, investing, distributing, placing and managing bad debt portfolios. Due to his network and expertise Robin easily connects with sellers and is able to get access to potential transactions that are structured on a bilateral basis.
- Robin background includes a university degree in History and gained significant experience as an entrepreneur in the finance and the collection industry. He is always recognized as an industry-expert in the field of debt purchase and collections and therefore primarily responsible for sourcing portfolios, co-pricing / structuring and closing transactions.
Robbert P. Janssen - Managing Director
- Robbert is a pioneer in the European FinTech space, having played a key role in the development and implementation of Qube’s proprietary receivables finance platform and infrastructure PRI® Inside, including the credit & collection application PRI® CrediSoft.
- Before joining Principal Company and its operating entity Qube Financing, Robbert was Executive Director of Origination at GE Capital Europe. In this role, he specialized in originating and structuring cross-border receivables financing deals and was a member of the European Sales Council.
- Robbert held several leadership roles within GE’s receivables programs, including Client Management Leader EMEA, including (re-)pricing responsibility, Commercial Leader EMEA and Business Development Manager EMEA.
- Earlier in his career, Robbert served as Financial Controller for GE Benelux, where he managed core financial operations and led significant projects, such as the implementation of Oracle Financials 11i for Belgium and the Netherlands, and the re-design of the Buy-to-Pay process.
- Prior to GE, Robbert spent 11 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers as a qualified Chartered Accountant (RA) in the Assurance, Business & Advisory unit, specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions and multinational clients.
